AEM F/IC Software/Firmware question

Alright, I've got a few questions regarding the F/IC.

1. When I downloaded the software from AEM, I clicked the FIC 4 software but it installed FIC 8 v1.06. I assume this is what it's supposed to do?

2. Where do you download firmware for this? I've searched the AEM forums and various other forums but can't find a repository to download firmwares anywhere. I've heard that z107 is the best to use for the Yaris but I only have q107 in the directory where the software installed.

3. Does this work with Windows 8.1? I tried following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Zwn...bAee2F&index=4 to get the firmware version currently installed but it gets to this point and hangs:



It never actually shows me the firmware. Both of my laptops are Win8.1, as are all 3 of my desktops. I can probably scrounge a Win7 box from work somewhere, but would prefer it work on one of my personal devices.
