What are all the parts and possibly part numbers I need for a rs front bumper cover for my 07 hatchback?

I assume you are talking about JDM Vitz RS rather than North American RS. Correct?

Then buy the black 2009 one that is for sale. I don't think it had been sold yet.

Thats exactly what I'm looking for but says local pick up only. Im in Montana. Not exactly local. Cant hurt to ask if he'll ship I guess.

Now the search is on for the front license plate adapter for a us plate. I can see it on the parts diagram as 52114A but cant locate one online aanywhere. The garnish is set up for Asian or euro plate. Wondering what will work. Rdhjapan's picture of garnish on the vehicle shown sporting garnish has a us sized plate mounted on it. Anyone know what will fit nice and clean to cover other provisions for different plate configurations with us plate?
