2018 Toyota Yaris ia single click, no crank wont start, help?

Ok I need some help, my yaris ia 2018 (130k miles) wont start, and gives a single click when I turn it over. This seems like it should be a starter problem. But it's also been I think misfiring for a while and running rough on idle. I figured this was spark plugs or maybe a clogged fuel injector. I was planning to change the spark plugs tonight, but it wouldnt start and just gave me a click. I know the starter wouldnt affect the idle, but with the problems it's had, I feel like the two problems have to be related, but I have no clue what would cause both problems. Any help, or insight would be greatly appreciated
