Suspension Help!

Ok everyone, I am very impatient and don't feel like waiting until my wheels get here to measure how much of a drop I can do. So I need people with experience to help me choose a suitable drop for my car. My setup will consist of 16x7, +42, with 205/50-16 tires, and the TRD Sportivo shocks and struts. I want to go as low as possible without ANY rubbing whatsoever. Any and all input is greatly appreciated like always! Thanks!

I think 1.5 is safe. Grab a set of Megan Springs and be done with it.

I didn't cut em.....and haven't had any trouble in about 9,000 miles. Did hit a hell of a pothole once (was amazed the rim wasn't bent) but even stock springs wouldn't have taken it any better. My recomendation is don't cut...try it!!! you can always cut later if not satisfied.

No instructions were with my springs....
