So i ordered the lights from jm auto. they arrived and were damaged like everyone saw in the pictures. They were sent back via ups to an address provided by jm. (ups picked them up fromt he house) Now they arrived in CA on the 8th. i had not heard from him for a cupple days so i filled a dispute through paypal. now he is saying that ups tracking number said they were sent back to my house and denied the paypal claim. i have no new tracking number for new lights. the tracking number i have shows they were recieved sighned for and delivered to the address he provided in ca. now what do i do? im out lights and the money.

file another paypal claim... or better yet, CALL PAYPAL.

what an ass...... ugh :/ nothing about that sale seemed real.
hope you get your money back! your insured up to 2k with paypal, I think...

i dont know but communication through him is impossiable. and i still ahve not found heard from any of the others who he said bought sets with the delays in shipping i bet hes buying em off ebay getting em in then sending them out

That tracking number actually does show "returned to shipper". It still looks mighty fishy, as some dude named Antonio signed for it, then must have refused it:

Call UPS and see if they can give you more detail. I don't like the fact that the last scan on "returned to shipper" was on the 8th. It should have picked up more scans by now.

but he was the shipper. it was returned to his addres the delivery confirmation has it there. he sent out the return to shipper and ups came and picked it up. if it went to the wrong address it is because he gave ups the wrong address i never had to put a address on the package as when ups picked it up at the house they ahd they label and everything allready.

The thing that's throwing me is the "returned to shipper". Even for an A.R.S. I don't ever remember seeing that status. If UPS says it was definitely delivered, then go back to paypal with "proof of delivery".

ok just ogt off the phone with ups costumer support they said ti was deffinatly delivered and signed for on the 8th at that address and sighned for at the box by antonio
