Looking for cheap new tires
Looking for new tires. Anybody get any good deals lately. I bought from Tirerack last time but the shipping and mounting eats most of the savings.
I am near Orlando area |

Hankook H727! Cheap but rated almost as good as the best. Pepboys may still have a discount.

I bought these tires here...http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...15625&sw=false... and they've been great. They've been through their first Michigan winter with ease. I fly by SUVs in the snow with my Yaris. Fun stuff. Good tire price plus the 100,000 mile warranty is a pretty good deal. |

This is what I have done in recent years. Not necessarily because they have the best price but because each time I check their work the air pressures and lug nut torque is spot on. Good price and (at least locally) good service.

I looked at Sam's Club too. Very expensive, and only carried two brands in the Yaris size.

I went to the local Goodyear service center and had eagles installed for about $5 cheaper (per tire) than TireRacks price. Handling the snow really well, so far...another 10" is expected tonight
![]() OTD price: $360.00 for set of 4 :)

Scrap yards usually have used tires for about $5-$10 each.

I agree with Swid : I'm about to get a set of hankook 727 and they where the cheapest around. 460$ out the door at my local mechanics.

Went with Hankook 727 from TireRack.com Got 4 delivered for 331 and got a mail in rebate 0f 40. Mount and balance at walmart included disposal of old tires for 48 so Total cost for the 4 tires was 340 dollars...............Great price for 4 hankook 727 tires

So i just found out the tire size on my car is 185/60/15 ... should i stick to that size?
and since discount tire upped their hankook's to $100, and tirerack has them for $72 plus shipping, does anyone have feedback on tirerack since they'll come out cheaper? if not, i'll go through amazon (they're out of stock on the 185/60/15's but have free shipping and are relatively close in price to tirerack) |

Hi,
I suggest Hankook H727 for you as these tires are also good for winter also to run on the snow easily without creating problem. cheaper than others. These days i am listening praises of these tires. Thanks
