Toyota announces prices for 2012 Yaris, Sequoia, Tundra, and Sienna
So looks like a very modest price increase for the new model. Still no actual details on specs & options yet.

I don't think that the sedan is being discontinued. The 2012 is basically identical to the 2011, except for adding steering wheel audio controls, from what I saw in the "2012 Yaris Sedan New Car Features" section of the Toyota TIS system.
