A number of issues

Hi guys. My 07 Yaris sedan has started giving me a few headaches. Recently, I had an incident when i was climbing a hill and the car was not pulling. I floored the pedal but nothing was happening, the engine didn't even roar. It climbed painfully slow until it managed to get to the top then it started overheating.

I have the following codes on the car: P0420, P0441, P2420.

I have replaced the catalytic converter before but the P0420 never went off. It was not the original converter, the mechanic used a different car's converter which is relatively bigger than the original. There is some small noise in the muffler.

I have also checked the purge valve, which to all intents and purposes works as it pulls in vacuum after the car warms up.

I don't hear the click by the charcoal canister.

So, do I have a bad catalytic converter and charcoal canister? How long can I drive the car before replacing these (money is a problem at the moment)?
