Am i reading this right?
i was bored so i went to go check out a fit forum. i stumbled on this. does this say that they got 110hp for auto and 117 hp for the manual. so its basically the same as the yaris gains yet only boosting 5psi. interesting, so a s/c yaris will be way cheaper than a s/c fit and still have similar hp

really no different than a blitz s/c on a yaris....
that, im sure, its on their low boost setting for CARB legality....kraftworks (formerly jackson racing) often did that w/ their roots-type superchargers.....low boost w/ carb sticker and high boost "off-road" setup keep in mind that those numbers are stock and stock plus s/c....and whatever way you slice it, its a 25whp gain w/ the s/c also worth noting: Quote:

everyone goes apesh*t for hondas, No love for the toyotas. A 2zz swap would even badder than a K swap into a fit ...

the 2zz swap is apparantly well documented in Thai and available from TRD over there.
Translator required :) Someone WILL do this swap into a US yaris sooner than later, its inevitable! The issue is cost, for the cost you can turbo the 1nz and have plenty ample power... and the 2zz is all high RPM, but it IS a much stronger platform... Fits are cool, this will be a rivalry for centuries to come :) |

2zz has been shoe horned quite a few times in the US already

3sgte = iron weight in front of yaris therefore k20 fit > 3sgte yaris

Looks like P.R.
Dem "ricans are frikken crazy with their drag racing. I knew some buddies who used to race 7 sec. starlets. He built a 10 sec. STI for like $70k when he moved back to P.R. To this day I've never seen a better, quicker shifter than this guy. |
