Wiring differences between 06-08 and 2010-11 fogs/usb - Toyota Yaris Forums

Installing some fog lights and possibly the powered usb port on my 2010 yaris. I found quite a few decent tutorials with pics, but they are all for 06-08.

My question is, could I hook up the foglights the same way as this?

And per the usb, is there a good power source to hook in the 12v to 5v step down circuit? I've seen some people say there is a wire, I just worry with a 2.4A fast charger it would be too much and blow fuses.
