Washed the Yaris today

Used the spray-on "no bucket" car wash stuff... It worked really well. Just 8-10 sprays does the whole car.

kool stuff.

I just wanted to post something in the "wash, was detail" forum...

hahaha. I have that. But I use it to clean and wax the rims. I personally wouldn't use it on the paint on a dirty car tho.

Yaris pics.....

I have Meteorite Metallic too. You pretty much have to have the light just right to get the " best shine" to show up! You have succeeded!

What exhaust tip are you using? It looks good!

pilot resonator exhaust tip....

I was going to get one of these but I wasn't sure that it would be too close to the rear bumper and melt/contort it. How much space do you have approximately between the tip and the bumper?

Hmm can't go look at it right now, but I would say about an inch, maybe more... plenty of room.

great color choice!! Looks good.

Did you remove the rear wiper or did the car actually come that way?

That stubby antenna caught my eye, too. How does it change the
reception of the radio?

Removed the rear wiper and made my own little plug for the hole.

I haven't put on any kind of aftermarket antenna, I just unscrewed that long thing and left the base on the roof. reception went down a little bit but I can get all the local stations just fine.

Based on the excellent information you gave me about the clearance between the exhaust tip and the bumper was right on!!! I got one at Wallyworld yesterday and put it on. As you stated "about 1" clearance" is 100% correct.

I hate Wallyworld, but that's another story.
How far beyond the bumper does that exhaust tip stick out?
From pic number 3, it looks like a few inches??

Yeah it sticks out a couple inches, but can be adjusted to stick out as little or as much as desired.
