Blitz S/C Sluggish - Toyota Yaris Forums

Installed Bando 4PK1675 Belt

Installed New Tensioner Pulley Bearing

Now the Blitz Engagement is very sluggish and not at all responsive as far as torque. Before at low rpm torque was great. Now it's just not doing what it's suppose to. Also before I had ticking sounds due to a worn out Tensioner Pulley Bearing.

My question is, what can I do to get that responsiveness back? When I step on the pedal full throttle it makes the winding noise but it's not going anywhere...

Any help would be appreciated.

Adjuster Bolt Broke, any ideas on parts?
