I am also assuming it isn't possible with a digital dash lol but for our Saturn, I think it would be awesome.

they're just printouts with the appropriate markings/cutouts for speed, odo etc. that are put in place properly

There are templates for specific makes and models on the internet although I have no idea where.

yea just a custom speedo face, been around forever

for our cars, i dont know but you see them all the time on scions
