New member just bought one
Hey guys and girls
New to this forum. Just bought a 3 door last week should be picking it up on Friday if all goes well. Quick question. I am in Montreal canada where can I get those jdm LED taillights. N e hid headlamps available. Also which AEM company offers the most mod parts for a yaris. I am talking suspension for lowering, Brakes, forced induction etc. This is for the guys in England how much to get those digi dashes from your dealers... I guessing it's an outrageous price but would like to know. Maybe I could get it off an accidented scrapper over there. Just hope it's doesn't a module aswell. Take it e z Mikerotch. |

Welcome to the forum and glad to see the mod bug has already bit you! If you want one company for mod parts, TRD has the most, but they outsource to other companies, and you pay a premium for that TRD label. AEM for example made the TRD intake. Megan Racing has quite a bit of stuff as well such as springs, mufflers, headers, coilovers, braces. NST makes aluminum pulleys as well as a 10% underdrive crank pulley.
Check out Micro Image, (aka Garm/cali yaris). He sells just about everything you might want for your go fast, handle better parts. He's a great supporting vendor on here. I recommend the DC Sports header unless your planning to go turbo. Ceramic coated and the best pipe design, if you can find it. By far this site will be your best resource for info and parts. EVERYTHING except my mudguards and VVT-i badge I purchased thanks to this site, and the mudguards even came from a supporting vendor (TRD sparks). Happy modding! |

In reply to the op's question about digi dashes:
In the UK its standard on most of the Yaris range and not available as an option. |

Good one Skyline, I hope you enjoy it.
New to the site as well. I dont have my Yaris yet, but if all goes well today I will. I am glad that I stumbled onto this site. I cant wait to mod mine. I have a 97' Suzuki Katana, and a 72' Bronco, but this will be my new baby. Been in the minitruck scene for over 10 years, but time for a sub-compact. Looking forward to all the advise you all have to offer. |
