Sub/Hatch rattle
Even though I always complain about the Yaris' lack of rear cargo area, I went and got a nice 10" sub. The problem is that it's pumping out a decent amount of bass. . . so much that there is a very noticeable vibration/resonance/rattle coming from the rear in tune with low-mid to mid bass and not low low bass.
Is it just the plastic cover on the hatch or is it something in the plastic sides that is rattling? Any of you guys find out? I'd rather attack the source than to apply sound deadener to the entire rear end. |
