GEX-P920XM & avic-u310bt won't save presets - Toyota Yaris Forums

Hey folks,

I've racked my brain on this and I just can't figure it out. I have a new u310bt with the p920xm for xm radio. However, every time I turn off the engine and then later reattach the u310bt face, I lost all of my xm presets. This is so annoying! I've reset both the p920xm and the u310bt, but it didn't fix the issue. Could I have some kind of wiring problem? From my searching online, it appears that no one else has this issue. Please help!
