Front Lip Sedan or Hatch?

I wanted to buy this lip but the person selling it doesn't know if it's off of a Sedan or a Hatchback.

I was wondering if any of the pros out there could tell from looking at the pictures I have included?

I'm super excited to get this and put it on my car.
