Reset ECU ?

How can I reset my ECU to reset MPG setting....I'Ve driven agressivly lastly and I want to reset it to get more MPG!

You can reset the short term fuel trim by disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes.

Why don't you just...stop driving it in an aggressive way?

The computer adjusts to how you drive it, just drive is more calmly and more gently and it will adapt. There's nothing to reset to zero. Besides, if you drive aggressive all the time, your MPG will suck anyway.

Ahhh.. Fuel trim huh? this would explain why it seemed my car ran a little differently for a while after I replaced my dead battery but has since "cleared up".

I drive a little aggressively most of the time and my ultraguage says I'm averaging 35.2 MPG.

Now I drive a CARMINE RED METALLIC 09 Yaris 3-door!! I'm Back!!! WooHoo!! Mods done so far: Tinted windows, Viper 211HV Remote Keyless Entry, Atoto Android headunit, backup camera, steering wheel controls

Before it was totaled I drove a 2007 Black Sand Pearl 3 Door Lift-Back M/T with 49k miles. Stock Everything except for black tint, all red badges, red dash, and stealth garage door opener. Ultra-Gauge mounted on steering wheel. A1 Electric MES Central Locks and Avital 3100 Alarm system.
