2007 Yaris Tires

I am almost afraid to ask, because the answer is probably somewhere, but I searched and searched, so do not get mad.

The 2007 Yaris, not getting fancy, can use

P185/60R/15 84T
or
P175/65R/14 80S

Why would I choose one over the others?

Thank you.
