07 Yaris w/ immobiliser won't start - HELP
My yaris was parked in our garage for 3 months, the battery died. We took out the battery and charged it at home with a wall plug. It worked and we were able to drive the car for 3 days without a glitch. So this evening, went to get an oil change and for some reason it wouldn't start. We replaced the battery with a new one and it started it up again. However, it you turn the car off and wait for 30 minutes or so, the car would not start up again unless you take out the negative connection to reset the battery.
also, it seems like the car is having a hard time reving up to 3000 RPM. Any ideas as to what's wrong? the battery is brand new. |
