radiator cap question

it seems the radiator cap for the yaris is a 1.3 kg cap. would it hurt to put a 1.5 on? i have an arc one here that is for my evo engine but will fit the yaris but its a 1.5. comments?

No problem, just make sure it fits properly (the distance from the top to the bottom where the rubber gasket is) should be the same otherwise your 1.5 kg cap will not function properly.

Yes, you may. Raising the pressure rating just delays the system from boiling over. Unless you are racing or in the topics where high temperatures becomes a problem, it may not be necessary to do so.

Good luck.
