"Cold" weather autoX tires
Hey guys.
I do a winter autoX series and I would like some advice on tires. Ambient temps are typically 0-10° C (32-50° F). Wet and dry conditions. Stock class so 15" only. I get good pricing on Nitto, Falken and Yoko in that order, but will consider any options. I currently have low performance all seasons (I'll run those when conditions are snowy etc) and RA1s which are nice when warm. So I guess I should be looking for high perf all seasons to fill the gap? Tread wear is not a concern but tire noise is (noise complaints). I was planning on buying a set of NT01s next spring for my spring/summer/fall tires but maybe I should just buy something now instead. Thanks for any input. Cory |
