LOL,

Looks like fun. No more dangerous than a motorcycle.

Probably never see the States.

Edit: Read the article, concept, never going to be built................maybe. They, car manufacturers, have been toying around with this tandem seating, stabil car/motorcycle concept for some time. One is coming.

not in the US without a motorcycle license. No way i want the normal person to be able to drive anything with less than 4 wheels on the street.
