Need help picking tire size for these rims

I am getting Drag dr-31 4x100 16x7 rims 40mm offset. What tires would you recommend that are affordable and will perform well as summer tires for my yaris which is dropped a bit not sure how much exactly tho. i was thinking some reasonable low profile tires that wont rub thanks
