Sedan retrofit question

For those of you who have done the projector modification, more specifically on a sedan, is there room for a 3" projector kit? Or would you not recommend it.

Something like this for example.

I had to cut the headlight housing/lens quite a bit to fit my 2.5" morimoto Minis in my sedan. If you get a 3" it will be pushing it to fit at all.

You can see pictures from my install here - https://picasaweb.google.com/1088282...eat=directlink

Yeah, doesn't look like there is much more space for a 3" although i think it might be possible. Safer to go with the 2.5

I think your adjustment might be off, it looks like beams are pointing down a little too much and are also angled. Have you corrected that?

The canted cutoff seems to just be a symptom of the Yaris headlights. Me and one other guy that did the sedan retrofit both noticed that. They were pointed down too far though, and have since been properly aimed. The pictures were all taken right after I finished the install.
