Connecting 5-channel amplifier to stock head unit?

This may be a noob question, but I'd like some feedback. Currently, I have 4 165 CA1 SG focal speakers rated to 2-60 RMS. Thus, I have the two following questions:

1. What would be a good option for a 5-channel amplifier?
2. What do I need to connect a amplifier to a stock head unit.

Thanks for the feedback.
