Question New tires for YARIS

Guys,
I have driven 40 K miles on my Yaris now ..yay..and took it to a toyota dealer for periodical service...the service adviser recommended all 4 tire changes as the threading has gone 3/32 in all the tires. He offered to put bridgestone tires -15 - and gave an estimate of $ 780 including alignment...am so wary of the estimated charges ,hence am asking you for your opinion. Is it worth the money or whats the best place /price to change tires ?
thanks
