I run Monarch Nilo's 16x7 front 3 inch lip, 16x8 rear 5 inch lip +20 all around offset.

If you do 15x8 on the fronts they will stick out a lot more than the rears compared to the placement of the front fenders vs the rear fender.

To answer your question, yes, on hard dips your back and front wheels will hit the fender possibly. Rolling will help a little but not always and most likely not on the front at all.

I'm running 15x8 +20 in the front. Rolled, no pull and -3 camber. Clears fine with 195/50's.

Edit: But I did have to shave down the section on the fender that holds the bumper clip significantly.

Meagan coilovers, with 6 inch 9k springs in front and 4 inch 7k in the rear. Usually keep my dampening around 3/4 stiff unless I have people in the car.

Im going to run the same measurements, except my tyres are going to be 195... I expect some rub... probably going to roll the fenders a bit.

i was going to run 195's also but i figured if i can get my hands on 185's then im going to so i can stretch it a little to make the rubbing a little less of a problem. what tires do you plan on running?

Falken 195/45/15... I also wanted 185 on the new wheels... but then I have to get Nangkang or other crap tyres... but I really wanted some good falkens so I can drive safely in the rain (which is a bitch on nangkangs). And Falken doesn't have 185/45/15

With a 195, I did have to do some good cutting/grinding on the front and back. I can get a pic of what I mean if you want me to (might be a few days)

Also should add that my coilovers have me at close to a 3.5-4" drop from stock. Sub frame is sitting 2" off the ground at all times. I don't think you're going this low.

those wheels should fit fine with just lowering springs. I would think you'd have to be driving excessively hard to make that setup rub. I am slammed on coils and I had 195 50's on 15x8 et 25 and I barely rubbed.
