(DRL Problems?, SOLVED* Thank you!)* What in the world does this bulb do? I replaced both of them. Yet, Nothing I do makes them turn on... WTF are they for?? TOTALLY confused... The main bulb turns on for the DRL, gets a bit brighter when I turn the actual lights on and even brighter when I put on the high beams. This light NEVER turns on...
