ACC WIRING PROBLEM
Hi guys , my first post here but have been following the forum about a year or so.
So today I was fitting a new set of rca cables to my headunit, there was an exposed wire or two and they touched bit of a spark not too much. Now , no stereo , no power steering, no air conditioning, no power windows, no brake lights, no speedo or odometer, no alternator charge to name a few. Went through al the fuses , these were blown and replaced , acc fuse, acc 2 fuse not blown but pretty burnt, dome fuse, all other fuses intact. Changing the dome fuse got my interior light back on, but everything else is screwed. At the minute have to jump from my wifes car just so I can start the car to diagnose the problems. I was thinking a relay, maybe acc cut relay. Any help would be much appreciated.. EDIT: I CHECKED THE MAIN 60 A AND ALTERNATOR 120 A FUSES AT THE BATTERY ALREADY, Thanks in advance Last edited by stevie1403; 09-13-2015 at 02:53 PM. Reason: added info |
