Dead DPS ?
2011 Yaris RS, the stock radio unit (Bongiovi) has gone weird, all the sound comes out the front left speaker, looks like every thing is making a noise thru the speaker , cd loading, wipers, heater, etc....
Disconnected the head unit and when power is on you can still hear noise in the left fwd speaker, I did disconnected the DPS unit as well to get silence. My question is: Anybody ever had to replace the DPS unit, can it be bypassed if I change the head unit for newer Pioneer unit.....thanks for your advise. |
