Rims for $500 with tires???
Nice Rims? Opinions, of course the tires would need to swap for 40... seems like it has 45s on it now. Need to find the offset though.

Well.... those rims are a 17x7, ET 38, and can be had NEW for under $100 a piece if you shop around.
So, if you're thinking about buying them and then getting new rubber, you're basically just buying USED rims for $500. That doesn't make much sense. Besides, the 38mm offset is pushing the limits, and you may have rubbing problems if you lower the car and run 205/45's. You'd better stick with the 40's. Nevertheless, if you don't lower the car, a 17x7, ET 38 with 205 rubber will stick out up front just a tad and that just plain looks stupid! |
