What to do first?

I have had my yaris for about 7 months now. Never knew there was so many parts and custom things for it yet. What should be the first thing I need to do. I would like to do the following things

Exhaust
Tint Front/Rear lights
Tint Windows
Stereo
18 motegi wheels
AEM CAI
Racing seats
Remove door handles and put door poppers

I have the stock basic yaris sedan

How about springs? Inexpensive and really make a difference as far as appearance and handling.

some nice rims are the common next step after lowering, believe me, you don't need to go all the way to 18", 16's will do just fine

really. 17 18 tires are expensive. i just want something with thread life. I used to install tires. I laugh at people who spend 189.00 a tire and it only last for 8000-10000 miles and no tread life warranty

try not to over do the rim size.. 17 max , 16 proper and 15's look great on a dropped car..18 may be too heavy unless u find the lightest 18's ever

go with lowering springs and tint same day then change your headlights to hyper white and then steal some rims and tires. Sell the rims and tires on ebay...get that cash and buy you your own set.

I would Tint the windows, do the wheels, Intake, Exhaust, then all the other stuff. of course, look at my signature and that tells you why i would do the cosmetic stuff first... ALL SHOW, NO GO!!

just click the link in my signature for sugested wheel and tire sizes from 14-20 inch wheel sizes that WILL fit the Yaris

I think he means the "look ma, no hands!" touch sensitive plates that go in the door. It involves welding, grinding and painting to get rid of the door handles. It always looks weird though. Doors really need handles :P

I would go in this order:

1.Springs
2.Tint Windows
3.18 motegi wheels
4.Exhaust
5.AEM CAI
6.Tint Front/Rear lights
7.Stereo
8.Racing seats

If you like 18īs go for it, look in the members garage gallery, there are a pair of sedans lowered with 18īs and look very phat.

I have decided on these instead of the motegi. http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6771

sounds like tinting the windows would be the way to go first. IT' make a difference in the appearance and will allow you some more time to do research on the rest of your mods. GL!
