Problem with radio and mirrors.
I was installing 2 amps into my car, 1 - 4 channel and 1 - 1 channel. When I finished I had some noise coming from the speakers. I unplugged the sub amp and everything died, audio and rear view mirror adjustment. I believe I either accidentally connected remote to the negative or the positive. I am not sure what to do, I checked all the fuses, even the main one. No fuse is blown. Did I fry my stereo?
Guide said check the ACC fuse, as far as I understand it's on the top left corner of the fuse box 7.5 amp. Checked it and it's intact too.

care to share "how" you unplugged the sub amp?? and how did you discover the power mirrors wouldn't work ? seems like an odd thing to check while trouble shooting a stereo problem?? smell something....

I had everything power ground and turn on wire (ACC wire) in a row. it was like a fork hanging when I unplugged it all, one of the two wires must've touched.

I have a stock stereo. I will replace the fuses. for now I rewired everything so now I can turn my power mirrors when radio is set on am or FM and power door locks only work when power mirrors don't. Basically I have my ACC wire getting electricity from the antenna power source, radio turn on wire that used to be hooked up directly to ACC is getting electricity from the permanent battery power wire. I should've never messed with it that much, turned out alternator whine was coming from the amp that was pushing subs.

yikes you better goto a stereo shop, your fucking up your wiring , you obviously have 0 clue what your doing!
3 wires how could you fuck it up?? 1 black wire to ground, 1 red wire to battery, 1 wire to a switched 12volt source ( cig lighter) then you have to buy a wiring kit ( brain fart whats this called )that gets the source from your stock speakers. I would remove the amps, and all wiring you added, go back to where you started, then ask again here for help, sounds like you made a big mess.
