Aftermarket shock and springs

Is anyone running aftermarket shocks? Is there anything out there other than the TRDs at the moment?

I'm debating between coilovers and a traditional spring/shock combo. Honestly, I'd never adjust the coilovers (I had them on my Prelude, and never adjusted the height), but want to go fairly low without losing a lot of travel.

TRDs and Tanabe DF210s or is that asking to be riding on the bumpstops?

I wish Tokico, KYB, or Koni would come out with adjustable shocks ...

TRDs and DFs would probably be roughly half the cost of the Tein Basics ...

How low can you go on Basics again?

I've been thinking the same thing. A friend had Tokico Illuminas on his CRX and another has Koni's on his Miata, with I think Bilstein springs.

But even if a similar setup was available for Yaris, do you think it would cost less then say, the Tein Basics?

Nope -- but at least you'd get adjustable shocks.

I'm just not sure I want to pay $850 for non adjustable shocks, and a setup that I (personally) will probably never raise or lower. However, for about half that I can get the TRD shocks and a variety of springs that may suit my needs.
