Exclamation Yaris S Sedan Clazzio GB Feeler

Alright, so I am not sure about others, but I am a bit tired of being left out of the awesomeness and cost effectiveness that is Clazzio just because I have the Sport. I am not sure if the Sport seats have changed (USDM) from 07 to 10 however I am hoping that we can come up with at least 10 peeps that would be not just interested, but would actually purchase a Clazzio set. So let's see what we can get going eh? Do we have enough interest to have our buddy Garm get us an order going? I am sure that price would be a valid question, but unless there is enough interest shown then I would not want Garm to bother with the communications with Clazzio since it is in Japan. Thanks.

NOTE: THIS IS FOR THE S MODEL ONLY! IF YOU HAVE THE STANDARD YARIS BE IT SEDAN OR LB THEN THIS IS NOT THE THREAD FOR YOU. NOT TRYING TO BE A HARD A$$, JUST TRYING TO GET THE POINT ACROSS THAT ANY OTHER YARIS HAS THE ABILITY TO GET THE COVERS ON THEIR OWN.

Just for quick reference this is what Garm has for colors and materials:

07 hatch. I'm planning on buying a set within six months or so ( it's a money saving incentive to delay spending ). If a gb could result in cost savings, I'm likely to join in.

Was planning to buy the set from microimage, and add leather arm rest and shifter boot with red stitches. That's gonna make me poor for a long time, so naturally, it's on my 6 month horizon... Like, if I still have a job in 6 months etc.

Heya swidd, the trouble tho is that my GB hopes would be specific to the S model as their seats are shaped different than the standard. To be honest a discount would be nice, but at this point all I am really looking for is the ability to even get Clazzio and Garm has stated that he needs a minimum of 10 peeps. The 07 hatch has standard seats therefore availability for it is pretty good. Thanks for the note tho.

Well according to the below thread the seats are the same for the 07-10 model therefore that means that anyone with the S (at least on the Sedan, need verification that the seats are the same for the S LB) from all years USDM could effectively be considered.

Ah, I gotcha now. That is a bummer when it comes to this, however better for you because you can get the covers then any time thru Garm.

Did your car come with the full power package? Apparently the power package was the one that came with the seats that are more contoured on the sides like a racing seat would be as well as the headrest...perhaps Garm could shed some better light? Maybe I need to take a couple pics in the morning...

The interior are all the same in the sedan from S to the basic. All there is in difference is color and material

I am always in support of a Group Buy. I think Clazzio would consider it if there were ten very interested/confirmed customers. It's a pretty big deal for them to measure and develop a product for a small market.

with that said, bring it on and I'll do my best.

^^ IF so, more people for the GB, thus easier to get the numbers.

Ok, So I took a few pics quick so hopefully it sheds some light. I also called the stealership and they did state that the seats for the S model are different. They need to call me back on whether or not it is only the Power Package or not.
