The one that doesn't sound like a fart can and yields the most power.

I haven't seen the Tenabe unit for the Yaris but I have seen their exhaust systems. They seem to be loud and attract cops.

Well, on the car I drive I have the Apex I GT Spec. At the time it was the quietest one I could find for my car which it is under low throttle. Open up the throttle and it is very loud. I like it and it works great but I wish it was a tad quieter at idle and regular driving. I have been pulled over twice in the 4 years I have had it.
If I were to buy a new system at this time I would look for an RSR Exmag system. They make it for several cars but not sure if it is for the Yaris yet. The canister looks much like stock and is very quiet, yet large diameter piping and smooth bends. It makes good power with out the attention.

I know there isn't much out there for the Yaris yet. You might want to get a custom one made depending on what YOU are looking for. I just thought I would suggest something quiet, it makes your life a lot easier in the long run.
Getting a custom exhaust made can be difficult too. Ask to see a system they have made and look at the quality of the piping used, welds, and if the piping is mandrel bend pipe. I hope this helps.

I have the TRD v. S exhaust and it adds some power, sounds throaty not farty and is quiet at idle. It's not so loud either so I'm not worried about the po po. Can't speak for the other exhaust though.

I also have the AEM intake along with my TRD exhaust, and it sounds really nice, almost europeon sounding.
