Wheel weight Sticky?
Can we get a wheel weight sticky? Or incorperate that into another thread? I found the stock weights for my MR-S wheels and my new wheels:
Stock Toyota MR-S wheels: 15.2 lbs Front (15x6.5 +45) and 14.6 lbs Rear (15x6 +45) Team Dynamics 15x7 +25 13.2 lbs Each

i ran the same wheels as ken on my corolla, and did not notice a difference, since i had the same size tires front and rear.

So why did i do? Because i am a cheap bastard. I got the wheels from a friend for free (i'm actually still "borrowing" them.) They are super light for stock wheels, and they look factory, like it is a Yaris-R model or something, and i like that. The tire size is the same on the front and rear, and so the influence that wheel width has on handling is gone. So it will drive the exact same if i had the same size around or not. So basically, i am running two sizes for no other reason than that these wheels were free to me. You can't even tell by driving it, or looking at it. These are great wheels, i have thought about finding another set actually. I was going to use the wider ones for track tires (15x6.5), and the smaller ones (15x6) for street tires.

i read that staggering the front to be wider is not a good idea regarding insurance and police- here in the states...too bad b/c it seems like a good idea

they would never notice. The tires are the same size, so you arent really staggering anymore.

i meant more of staggering the tires themselves, but your right the rims would be mostly unnoticeable
