Eiback Pro Kit Springs: Correct P/N for 07 Hatchback US Model
What Eibach Pro kit lowering spring kit P/N is correct for this application:
2007 Yaris US Model 1.5L 1NZ-FE Engine Hatchback XP90 Style per Wikipedia: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Yaris --> There seems to be 2 options fron 'Tunershop Worldwide on eBay. E10-82-092-01-22 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/394289310143...emis&media=SMS They also recommend H&R 30 mm springs: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/284522802077 Tunershop-Worldwide on eBay doesn't recommend the '02-22' kit .They recommend 01-22 but it says it's for DAIHATSU Charade. They communications with them are choppy and they can't provide any other information Communication hiccups.) Questions: 1. What Eibach kit is correct for this Yaris? 2. What are the differences in the 2 P/Ns? 3. Are the H&R springs more Bouncy and how do they really rate to Eibach Pro Kit? 4. Has anyone regretted the Pro Kit for the daily Driver and wish they got sportlines? |

"springs" are not what makes a ride "bouncy", damping force of a shock/strut does...however too stiff a spring will make it ride HARD

I just bought my second Yaris in the previous owner cut the OEM springs and it is definitely bouncy. The springs are definitely the culprit because the shocks can't keep up with the increased spring rate.
Any idea on my original question? |

In Canada, when you purchased your Yaris with lowering spring option, Eibach Pro Kit is what you actually got. Lowers 1 inch (25mm) front and rear.
If your car is currently "bouncy", it's not because of cut spring. Your dampeners are worn out. I think the difference between the two pro kits are the amount of drop. One is same drop front/rear and the other has more drop in the front than the rear.

damping force is what cleans up and removes the "bounce" ..short of having 1 ton truck springs the bounce is always in the shock
