I'M OUT

Sorry guys......BUT I sold out last night. Traded my 08 Yaris LB S for an 09 Mazda Miata MX5 Touring. Got a great deal on the new miata and decent trade in. SORRY! But we just had to feel the wind in our hair again.......

Oh, you meant THAT kind of "I'm out", out.

MX-5! With the hard top convertible or soft top?
How much was it and how much was the Yaris trade-in?

Best of both worlds... IF I ever find the Yaris for me, I'll have both a Yaris and a Miata. I've got a '96 Miata in the garage right now, and an '06 Focus I'm trying to trade for a Yaris.

THANX

Thanx everyone for your replies. To answer some of the questions (in no particular order), NO I am not a hairdresser. ?? . It is and will be my daily driver. It is a soft top (but drove the hard top, nice BUT lots of motorized moving parts, which scares me, and too expensive to justify the difference). Got it for 22k and 11.5k on trade in. It has the touring package. SWEET DEAL and awesome car. I dont know about a stock yaris gripping as well as an NC.......

You'll like the .Miata.net forum, very helpful for all things Miata and a great bunch of members including yours truly.
Miata is one fun car to drive,go kart like handling, tons of after market stuff and can easily be turbo'd up to 250hp+ or drop in a V8 for a 400hp Monster Miata,or just enjoy it the way it came from the factory..
And a few hours Northeast of Atlanta some of the best twisty roads in the east.

I was asking if your a hairdresser because it's one of the "miata" jokes. They always call it a gay mans car so there's a plethora of jokes, but I don't really see why. The car is one of the best handling cars on the market, being up there with corvettes and vipers, really. Only reason it's never compared with them is because the price tag isn't almost triple digit numbers and it doesn't have a big ass amount of HP. Handling and ease of driveability though is amongst the best period.

+1, it really doesnt matter whether your gay or straight, as long as you have a car its a car, especially if youve seen the miata my uncle just sold(2006, with an rb25det)
