Wheel Care Question - Polish coming off?
So I'm thinking of trading my Racing Harts for some Buddy Club Pro Circuit SF wheels. The wheel is bronze with a polished lip but one of the wheels looks...funny. On one of the rims, the lip has this bubbly wax looking deal on it. If I scrape my fingernail across it, it comes off but it leaves a really hazy finish underneath it. What is it that I'm looking at? Is it fixable? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. :cheers:
