Toyota part numbers with extra *
Recently i came across several Toyota part numbers with a * and then three numbers after the part number. An example of this is 11103-37021 *119. This is the part number for the camshaft housing subassembly for the 1zr motor. Usually the part number is just 11103-37021 but for this particular variant or model it has *119 after the part number. I have run across several of these cases of a * and the three digits. Does anyone know what they stand for or how to decipher them?
