WOOT got my Kaminari kit!!
Just finished fitting it today. Pretty easy, I would rank it a 1 on the skill level. If you can use a die-grinder and a drill, you can install this kit.
![]() ![]() ![]() It will be painted in a day or 2 Update: Painted now: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Really sharp. Did they come black? If so, thats nice... better in the meantime before you can get them painted than the grey jobbers. Congratulations!

Tanabe DF springs. I need stiffer shocks though. Anyone have the TRD ones, are they any good? So far I'm not impressed with anything TRD.
The kit comes in that gloss black ABS. I paint ;) It's going to cost me under $100 to do the job. Not a biggie if it gets messed up. |

How much are the shocks and struts? Do they come in a pair, and can they be used with the sedan and the liftback? Also I was curious if it raised your suspension lowered it or kept it the same ride height.
Sorry for all the questions, but I was going to purchase a set and needed to find someone with them already. Quote:

http://www.toyotapartsstore.com/defa...dabd601bb96b24 when i bought it, it came out to be around $320. they come with a pair of struts for the front and a pair of shocks for the rear. they can be used for both the LB and the sedan (i think all suspensions parts are interchangeable between the LB and the sedan). i think it may have lowered it since a lot of people think i'm using coil overs and not just the Tein S.Tech springs. not really sure on that, but i am sure that it made a big difference in dampening. it's cool, i don't mind the questions, i like helping people out when ever i can. |
