will a u.s. airbag fit this? i so want a leather steering wheel. my sedan has cruise control and oem headlamp/fog stalk. would this be an easy swap? anyone know about fitment?

Your airbag will indeed fit (they are the same wheel and bag in both countries) and would be as easy a swap as they come.
