EP Billet Battery Tie Down - Final Production Pictures!

Edit as of 3/30/2010:
I'll be selling this pictured one, as well as the original prototype which is natural finish.
PM me if interested.

Mine shipped from Canada on the 20th, delivered to New Jersey today.

Joel Ellis (Ellis Precision) billet battery tie down.

Damn near perfect match to the Tanabe red strut brace.

Enjoy.

And here it is... excuse the dusty engine bay, needs a detailin' soon.

Two points to mention, I am quite sure this is due to small differences between the USDM and Thai Yaris:

1) the tab at the back is too wide to go in the hole on the stock battery holder thing behind the battery... I had to widen that hole to get it to fit.

2) Look at the third picture, it's a very very tight fit, I had to slightly unscrew those caps in order to align them. Then again USDM Yarii have different stock batteries, so keep this in mind if you changed yours.

Apart from that, it look F'ing goooooood

Hmmm I also just notices after looking at Chris07LB's pics again, my bttery does not look as deep, so the front of the holddown overhangs quite a bit... no biggie!
