steak tartare! raw minced beef mixed with condiments and herbs, eaten barely warm... I think you gotta be French to really enjoy it

it's getting cooler, we are going into our "winter" season, so it's maybe "only" 28-30C (85ish F) in the shade in the day... best is in the evening and morning, it's almost actually cold!

i don't really have one moment, but several... My brother has cerebral palsey and all the surgery's he's been through and all the people he's had make fun of him and underestimate him just because he is slightly different and he still is the strongest and smartest person i know. I'm so proud of what he's become and how strong of a person he is every day....
