I found that kodak matte photo paper was the best - It is 53 lb. I bent the little tabs with a pair of needle nose pliers.

If I did it again, I'd use the same color paper as car color...

You did a better job than I did. When I was a kid I put together some model car in a closed basement room. I think that I breathed too much glue.

Nice job with the assembly. I know what you mean on the paper color, as the edges of the paper are visible in a few areas. Before you try again, I'll have to upload my 09 modified version. I pulled the front bumper and grill changes in.

Sort of black. I'm too cheap to print it out... so much ink, lol.

That's the best I could come up with. I tried to take the glare off it, and make it more white, but it was a really dark kind of pic to start with. It'll look better when you squoosh it down to micro Yaris size I think.

Mine keeps falling apart because of the thinness of the paper

Can anyone suggest the best kind of paper for it?

I used regualr copy paper at work and then used a gluwstick insteadof tape with no problems. If you use thicker paper, you're going to run into problems with the holds as the tension weight will want to seperate if your crease is not solid.

I used matt photo paper and Titebond molding & trim glue (it is a white glue that dries clear and has a strong initial tack).
