Does anyone with lowered Hatbacks or Sedan have a need to roll the fenders in the front or the rear???

I don't think anyone has had to roll their fenders.. check out cardomain.com there's a guy on there from PR with 20's without any extra work,...

I think rolling fender is a great thing to do for safety. Cause fender as stock are cutting like a knife. If you rub your tire hardly on it, you can blow it easily and have an accident.

Are they rubbing on the metal or on the plastic??

Rubbing is the issue that I was debating with my 17x7 wheels at +40mm offset and 215/40 tires.

on the plastic !! i waited a week to see the damage on the worst road i could fine and the resulat is that the metal was not touch only the plastic so im just gonna cut a part of it

Good idea... U can always lay something in the engine bay to make sure that none of the electronics under the hood gets wet.

yeah i only need to remove a inch of plastic so wont do too much damage i thing.. maybe this winter its gonna be different .. (maybe ill just roll the fender and when i put my winter wheel ill clip everythinkg back.. so no snow will go in it ..

Old Skool fender rolling at its best!

Most shops will use a fender roller (bolts onto the rotor) for around $20 a corner... if you want to do it right, and not risk fukin up the paint!

Right! It's a "must-have" for 17" with lowered suspension! A real great 80$ investment for safety and to prevent breaking your new car!!

has anyone put 17/215/40 on their Yaris? Im getting mine installed in 3 days time and they insure me that I will have no problems.

215-40-R17 not a good tire size.

Tire will stick out beyond the rim (as viewing from the sidewall).

Best to go with 205-40-R17.
