Evil Evil monkey modd...

Hey All , felt my cross brace/c-pillar bar was missing something . I'm a Huge Family Guy fan(as I'm sure most of you are too?) So I picked up this badass evil evil monkey plush off ebay to hang on the c-pillar bar . I think he really sets these bars off and add a touch of personization to the car . What do ya'll think ???

Yeah the seat goes up , but after installing the Recaro's I killed access to the backseats... Hears a picture with the stock seats in and back seat up .

Yeah , pretty much Lol ! I was torn between a "peter griffen" or " evil evil monkey " Evil evil monkey is just so fitting for hangin' on the bars , it was a no brainer.

Just fyi , The seat doesn't sit fully back in the "locked" position , but it sits back enough to still use . Also you have to hack out a piece of metal that the spare tire sits on for the bottom bar to fit in (Check cali's tread and see he only installed the main "x" bar installed because of this) And further more if you want the interior panles back in they'll need trimming (pretty easy with the basic cross brace but I had to hack a lot more out cause i'm using the megan C-pillar bar too) Lastley the spaning/adjusting of the bars will take a while . The install of this bar is no "cake walk " at all . I'm a really good wrench and to install this bar w/ the backseat and interior pieces was harder than upgrading my turbo/injectors on my dsm . Hope I didn't lose you a sell Garm , but No joke if I wasn't as good with cars as I am , I wouldn't of even Ef'd with this cross brace install...

but I'm soooo glad I did

I appreciate the honest feedback no matter what it is. My install (without rear seats) took less than two hours, including removing the rear seats and seatbelts.

I can see how it would be more tedious using the extra hardware and getting it to fit with the seats in place.

Hey Garm , Can you use pictures of my cross brace installed on the "microimage" website , as it shows it CAN be installed with rear seat/seatbelts ???
