Series 5 taillights installed

Just finished installing my series 5 taillights. It got dark out so I couldn't get good pics. Here
are a couple of not so good pics though. Will get some better pics tomorrow. Also the wiring
for the taillights is as follows:

Driver's side OEM
Purple=brake
Brown=reverse
Green=illumination
White w/black stripe=ground
Light green=turn signal

Passenger's side OEM
Orange=brake
Red=reverse
Gray=illumination
White w/black stripe=ground
Yellow=turn signal

Series 5 same for both lights
White w/black stripe=ground
Green w/yellow stripe=turn signal
Red w/blue stripe=reverse
Green w/white stripe=brake
Solid green=illumination

Nice, but we need better pics!

If you are using a digital camera, find a tripod, turn off the flash, and set the timer for a few seconds to take a picture in the dark.

Cheers! M2

The pics are from my phone plus it was too dark to get good ones. I will
have some better ones later today.

I like the way they illuminate at night. They seen much brighter than my altezza style ones
especially the turn signals. I had some spare 15 LED wedge bulbs that I used to replace the
reverse lights.

That looks great -- it's my favorite aftermarket tail for the sedan so far.

I tried to take some pics but it just doesn't come out clear with my phone. I can't seen to find my
digital camera either since I moved. I can take some pics during the day tomorrow or just before
it gets completely dark out so the show up better. Good thing I just checked my reverse lights
though, I need to turn one of the bulbs around. Guess I should've yesterday.

Hey Brian, wasn't that a "Clear" type LED taillights? or is it stated "smoked" taillight when you purchase from Garm? I need to choose which is the best look for my black sedan

I don't remember if it stated clear or smoked. You really can't tell from the pics but if you see it
in person you can tell it has a light smoke to it. Maybe Garm can confirm this.
